Nearly March Already? Mother’s Day Portraits & Wedding Season Momentum
How are we nearly into March already?
With just a couple of weeks to go until Mother’s Day, our North London portrait studio has been wonderfully busy. So many families have already booked portrait sessions to celebrate some very special mums — and we’ve loved seeing how organised everyone has been this year.
At our North London portrait studio in Enfield, we create relaxed, natural family portraits designed to become lasting artwork in your home. Whether it’s a mother-and-children session or a multi-generational family portrait, our approach to London studio photography focuses on warmth, connection and authenticity.
We’re also running a little celebration on our socials — you can nominate a mum who deserves to win a bottle of fizz by telling us why she’s so special.
If you’re looking for a North London portrait photographer, we’d love to welcome you.
Wedding Season Is Building
While the studio has been filled with families, wedding season is already gathering momentum.
February saw Joel photographing several beautiful celebrations across London and beyond. As an award-winning North London wedding photographer, this time of year always marks the exciting build-up to spring and summer weddings.
For couples in the middle of wedding planning, March is when everything starts to feel real — venues secured, details coming together and timelines taking shape. Choosing the right London wedding photographer is one of the most important decisions you’ll make, and we’re looking forward to the months ahead.
Meet Sofia
Peter Dyer Photographs is very much a team effort.
Sofia is our Lead Professional Photography Editor, carefully crafting every wedding gallery and studio portrait we deliver. She’s also a talented reportage photographer, assisting Joel at weddings and capturing genuine, unscripted moments.
Alongside this, Sofia manages our social media — sharing both our London wedding photography and studio portrait photography work with our community.
We truly couldn’t do it without her.
