Artistic Licence

The photographer shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed, the lighting selected and the locations used. The lighting and the number of photographs taken shall be deemed correct. Some photographs may not be possible due to changes in the weather and the availability and willingness of subjects. If digital images are purchased we grant reproduction rights for personal use only. Images must not be used for any commercial purpose without the express written permission from PDP Ltd.

If PDP Ltd has to cancel this contract for reasons beyond their control (death, injury, sickness, etc.) their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies. If the client(s) cancels this contract after a period of 14 days from the date of signing the contract, the following charges apply as a percentage of the total fee due as compensation for loss of income for PDP Ltd.

Number of days before the wedding or event:

30 days or less 100%
31 – 90 days 75%
91 – 180 days 50%

All cancellations must be in writing. Should the cancelled function turn out to be a postponement, then, subject to PDP’s availability, all monies paid may be applied to the new function. In this case, the total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applies at that time. In the event that PDP are able to re-book a cancelled date with an equivalent booking, then the cancellation fee will be reduced to the booking fee only and any additional cancellation fees already paid will be refunded accordingly.
